had just had the worst day I’d had in a long time. missed flight, hundreds of dollars lost or unnecessarily spent, the whole deal. upon arriving to the hilton, however, I was greeted by simone and her customer service and lovely personality alone made my whole day better. the room was great, the food was nice in the restaurant and the experience overall was enjoyable.
